HOW THE PRICING WORKS

  • Every price is all-in and delivered. The material, the haul, and the dump, one number, rounded to the nearest $5 up. No separate delivery line, no fuel surcharge surprise.
  • Tulsa County is the base rate. Outside the county runs $50 more per load.
  • A load is 14 to 16 tons. We haul each load direct from the supplier yard to your site. Final tonnage is by scale ticket, which is why prices are estimates until quoted.
  • Prices exclude sales tax and were last updated 2026-08-15. Materials are subject to availability at the source yards.
  • We dump in a pile. Spreading and grading are a different trade. Pick a pile spot a loaded truck can reach with 25 feet of overhead room.

PRICING QUESTIONS, STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Are these the final prices?

They are honest estimates, all-in for the material and the delivery, rounded to the nearest $5 up. Final price is confirmed on your quote from the scale ticket and your address, plus sales tax. What we will not do is show one number online and a surprise number on the invoice: if something changes your price, we tell you before the truck rolls.

What does delivery cost?

Nothing extra: every price shown is the delivered price for Tulsa County. Deliveries outside Tulsa County run $50 more per load. We haul each load direct from the supplier yard to your site, about 14 to 16 tons a trip.

How much material is one truckload?

About 14 to 16 tons depending on the material. For rock and sand that is roughly 10 cubic yards; for lighter material like mulch, the truck fills up by volume long before it hits weight, around 30 yards. Every material page carries a calculator that turns your measurements into loads and a delivered price.

Do you spread the material?

No. We dump in a pile where you point us, and that is the whole service. Spreading and grading are a different trade. Make sure a loaded truck can back in and raise its bed, which stands about 25 feet tall.
