  • Building pads and foundations (base rock and fill)
  • Concrete and utility work (clean construction sand)

GRAVEL DELIVERY BY THE LOAD

Searching for gravel delivery near me in Tulsa? You found the truck. One call, one load, on your site.

Gravel delivery is priced by the load, not by the yard. One load is roughly 14 to 16 tons depending on the material, so a full truckload of driveway gravel, base rock, crushed stone, or asphalt millings lands on your site in a single trip. If you are pricing bulk gravel, bulk sand, or bulk rock, a load is what that means here: bought in bulk and delivered loose, not bagged by the pallet. Small jobs are usually one truck and one bill.

What most people really want to know is how far away the truck is and whether it will show up. We are owner-operated out of South Tulsa (74133), with trusted partner drivers when the job runs big, and the person you call is the person who drives. Some crews call it gravel trucking, others say rock hauling or aggregate delivery: same truck, same published prices. That is why the schedule holds.

Gravel, rock, sand, and millings delivered across the metro: Bixby, Broken Arrow, Catoosa, Claremore, Jenks, Owasso, Sand Springs, and Sapulpa.

DRIVEWAY GRAVEL

A common homeowner job: a load of rock on a driveway that has washed out, gone soft, or turned to mud.

WHICH MATERIAL FOR A DRIVEWAY

  • Driveway gravel. The default. Clean stone that drains well and is easy to top up a year or two later.
  • Crushed rock and base rock. Angular, with fines in the mix, so it locks together and packs harder. The pick when the drive carries trucks, trailers, or heavy traffic.
  • Asphalt millings. Recycled asphalt and the budget option. It packs down hard and binds better in the summer heat, which is why a lot of Tulsa drives end up with it.

HOW MANY LOADS A DRIVEWAY TAKES

One load runs roughly 14 to 16 tons, which covers somewhere around 700 to 900 square feet at about four inches deep. A typical residential driveway at 12 feet by 60 feet is about 720 square feet, so one load usually does it. Go to two if the drive is long, extra wide, or the ground under it is soft. Measure the length and the width, call it in, and we will figure the loads with you.

WE DUMP IT IN A PILE

Worth saying plainly before you book. We dump the material in a pile where you point us, and that is it. We do not spread it and we do not grade it, that is a different trade with different equipment. Pick the pile spot, make sure a loaded truck can back in and raise the bed (a raised dump bed stands roughly 25 feet tall), and have your spreading plan ready for after we pull away.

A DUMP TRUCK OF SAND, DELIVERED

Sand works the same way as rock here: you buy it by the load, not by the bag. One load of sand is 14 to 16 tons delivered loose and dumped in a pile where you point us, which is a different thing from the pallet of bagged sand at a big-box store and a lot cheaper per ton.

The type matters more with sand than with anything else we haul, and they are not interchangeable:

  • Masonry sand. Fine and washed. Mortar, brick and block work, playground and pool bases.
  • Manufactured sand. Coarser and sharper. Mixing concrete, granular backfill, and the bedding layer under pavers and flagstone.
  • Fill sand. The general-purpose one. Backfilling, raising low ground, bedding pipe and utility trenches.

If you are not sure which one the job calls for, tell us what you are building rather than guessing at a name. Ordering the wrong sand costs you a whole load, and it is the most common mix-up we get called about. Delivered prices for all three are on the sand page.

HOW ORDERING WORKS

No account, no runaround. Three things and we'll get you a number.

  • Tell us the material. Sand, gravel, rock, or millings. Not sure? Describe the job.
  • Tell us how many loads and the delivery zip.
  • We quote it fast, schedule the drop, and show up on time with it.

We supply the material and haul it, both halves. You do not need to buy gravel from one place, arrange a truck somewhere else, and hope the two line up, and you do not need an account with a yard to get a price. One number covers the material and the freight to your site.

Prefer to talk it through? Call or text (918) 703-9717 and we'll sort out exactly what your site needs.
