BLUE SANDS DUMP TRUCKING ยท TULSA OK (918) 703-9717

SCHEDULE A DUMP TRUCK DELIVERY

Build your load below and pick the window you want it. This sends a request, not a locked booking. We price it, confirm the date with you, and then it is on the schedule. Rock, gravel, sand, and asphalt millings delivered. Dirt and spoils hauled off.

REQUEST SENT

We have your load and your window. We will price it and get back to you to confirm the date, usually the same day. Nothing is on the schedule until you hear from us.

Need it sooner, or need to change something? Call or text and we will sort it out on the spot.

LINE 01 The load

Not sure which size? Tell us the project instead, like a driveway, a drainage trench, or a shed pad, and we will spec it for you.

How many loads?

Not sure? Give us your best guess, or the project size, and we will size it so you are not over or under ordering.

LINE 03 The window

Open days come straight off our schedule. Same day is phone only, so today is not selectable.

Pick a date first, then choose a window.

Best way to reach you?

WHAT WE HAUL, AND WHAT TO TELL US

The more specific you are in the form above, the faster we can quote it. Here is what each material means and the detail we need from you.

Want the full rundown first? See our dump truck services.

Rock

Clean rock for drainage, driveways, and erosion control. Tell us the size and type, for example 1-1/2 inch clean rock, rip rap, or surge. If you are lining a ditch or armoring a bank, say so and we will tell you which one holds up.

Gravel

Driveway and base material. Tell us the size and type, for example 3/4 inch clean, crusher run, or #57. Crusher run packs down hard and sheds water, which is what most driveways want. Clean gravel drains but stays looser underfoot. More on sand and gravel delivery.

Sand

Tell us the type, for example masonry sand, manufactured sand, or fill sand. They are not interchangeable, and the wrong one can cost you a load. If you are not sure which the job calls for, tell us what you are building and we will match it.

Screened millings

Recycled asphalt, and the budget way to put down a driveway that packs hard and holds. Tell us whether you want it fresh or stockpiled, and how fine. Fresh millings bind better in the heat.

Dirt and spoils haul-off

We take material away instead of bringing it in. Tell us what is coming out, for example dirt, broken concrete, brush, or mixed. Pile it where a truck can reach it and we will load and go. More on dirt hauling and spoils haul-off.

HOW A DELIVERY ACTUALLY WORKS

  1. You request a window. Pick the material, how many loads, and a day that works. It takes about a minute and it does not commit you to anything.
  2. We quote it. Delivered prices for every material are published on the materials & prices page, so you can see the number before you ask. Your quote confirms it for your address and the actual scale ticket.
  3. We confirm the date. Your window is held once we agree on price. Until then it is a request, not a booking, which is why nothing on this page asks for payment.
  4. We haul it. One truck, one load, dumped where you point. Repeat for multiple loads.

BEFORE THE TRUCK GETS THERE

Most delivery problems are access problems, and all of them are cheaper to solve the day before than the day of.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

How much material is a load?
14 to 16 tons, depending on the material. Sand and millings run heavier per yard than clean rock, so the tonnage moves a little either way. If you are not sure how many loads you need, tell us the area and depth and we will do the math with you.
Do you spread it?
No. We dump in a pile where you point us, and that is it. Spreading and grading are a different trade with different equipment, and we would rather tell you that up front than have you find out when the truck pulls away.
Can I get it today?
Sometimes, but do not count on it. The schedule fills fast. Same-week is realistic, and if you have a hard deadline, put it in the notes and call so we can tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
Where do you deliver?
Tulsa and the surrounding metro, including Bixby, Jenks, Owasso, Sapulpa, Sand Springs, Catoosa, Claremore, and Broken Arrow. Farther out is often still worth doing, so ask.
What does it cost?
Every material has a published delivered price on the materials & prices page: driveway gravel runs $385 a load delivered in Tulsa County, all-in, and deliveries outside Tulsa County run $50 more per load. Your quote confirms the number for your address, plus sales tax. Requesting a window is the fastest way to lock it in, and calling (918) 703-9717 is the fastest way to get it today.
